TiVo Programme Padding

TiVo tends to chop the end off some programmes (especially on the BBC ;P) - My suggestion is for a weighted system to cope with programme overruns. It takes into account your "Thumbs" rating for each programme and how many minutes padding you have asked for.

Here's an example which assumes a switch over time of 20:00

3	3	0	0	20:03:00	Ditto with no following programme

The new switch over time is calculated using the following formula:

NewSwitchTime = SwitchTime + ((Prog1Pad * Prog1Thumbs) - (Prog2Pad * Prog2Thumbs)) / (Prog1Thumbs + Prog2Thumbs)
